Youth Field Hockey Skills Program run by Amesbury High School field hockey players. Grades 1–4 will focus on fundamental stick skills, dribbling, passing, shooting, coordination, and fun game-based play that builds confidence and a love for the game. Grades 5–8 will focus on stronger stick control, passing and receiving under pressure, shooting technique, defensive basics, and small-sided games to apply skills in game situations and prepare athletes for the next level.
